Information you give us. When you fill out the consultation form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, website URL if you enter one, the services you are interested in, your project timeline, your estimated budget, and the message describing your business and goals.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It collects anonymous, aggregated data such as the pages visited, general device and browser type, and approximate region. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect information that personally identifies you. Our hosting provider may also process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and to operate the Site.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a consultation, and provide our services. We use the automatically collected data to understand traffic and improve the Site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your form submissions are stored in our database and sent to us by email so we can respond. To run the Site and these features, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel, for website hosting and analytics
• Supabase, for storing form submissions
• Resend, for delivering form submissions to us by email

These providers only process your information to provide their services to us. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

The Site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, if any. Our analytics are cookieless. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your submission for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights over your data. To make any request, email us at saubanb@saubanai.com and we will respond.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to external websites, such as live project demos. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies separately.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
